What is your return policy?

What is the cancellation policy?
Customers can cancel their order within 4 hours of placing it by emailing support@ihatke.com with the subject line "cancel - order no". Once successfully cancelled, the refund amount will be credited to the ihatke wallet or the source account. ⏰💳📧
NOTE: The refund will be processed within 6 to 7 days upon approval and may take up to 10 business days to reflect in the customer's bank account (as per banking standards). ⌛💰🏦
Are there any fees or penalties for order cancellations?
If a customer requests to cancel a product after it has reached the shipping stage, a partial amount of the order value will be deducted (varies by product), and the remaining value will be credited to the user's ihatke.com wallet or source account. 💸💳🔁
